Redding Shotokan Karate

Dear Redding Shotokan members,                              October 15, 2007

We are pleased to announce that the first edition of our SKA Kata DVD is now ready. It has all eighteen SKA katas. Karate practice including kata practice is a life-long commitment, and naturally the katas in this edition are simply far from being perfect. The intent of this DVD is not to show you “how-to” examples, but to help you learn the floor plan and the sequence of movements in each kata. This DVD is intended only for the personal use of our dojo members. All proceeds from this DVD sale go to SKA Shotokan Ohshima Dojo Fund as a contribution from Redding Shotokan Karate (RSK). We hope that we will be able to make the second edition with more improved katas in the future.
